With the dissatisfaction of large commercial gyms in the early 1990s, their lack of support for members drove Mr. Washington, the owner of FI, to start working with clients and businesses with a more personal touch, yielding significant results. As a result, FI started as an in-home personal training and in-house corporate wellness business.
Provided with the confidence from achieving exceptional results with their training clients and turning many businesses around with wellness and business systems, FI decided to open its first brick-and-mortar sports training and rehabilitation center. A humble beginning to developing elite athletes and supporting those battling life-threatening diseases.
