PERFORMANCE WITH EDUCATION
The kids that we’re fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train must have passing grades in school before we teach them. The training focused on building a solid foundation in core strength, balance, running form, agility, eye-hand coordination, speed (forward, lateral, change of direction), and power. Along with the physical training, we also spend a great deal training the mental part of their game (focus, confidence, discipline, work ethic, and mental strength). We put our kids in the best possible situation to excel in their sport and the next stage of their lives in high school.
