NBA COMBINE

Prepare for the NBA Combine and Draft while preparing for career success. While the short-term goal of training is to ensure your best performance at the NBA Combine and improve your Draft status, our long-term goal is to help set our athletes up for career success in the NBA. 

NBA COMBINE & PRE DRAFT TRAINING

Working with FI specialists, athletes will work in our cutting-edge Impact Performance Training System (IPTS) to become faster, stronger, explosive, and quicker while also learning critical strategies for injury prevention to promote career longevity. Athletes will also work with experienced skills coaches to improve basketball and position-specific skills, preparing them for both Combine and career success.

RESULTS & RELATIONSHIPS 

There’re two reasons an athlete trains with use: Results and Relationships. Our philosophy at Fitness Impact has resulted in top NBA athletes returning each offseason for training, with many of them moving across the country for a couple of months. Our strong foundation of training and our proven and tested Impact Performance Training System (IPTS) has been tested year in and year out.

SPEED, AGILITY, CORDINATION 

These skills used for ¾ court sprint, lane agility drill, multi-planar acceleration, deceleration, isometric stabilization, to build speed agility and quickness

STRENGTH & POWER

Generate many types of force, including maximal strength, speed-strength, explosive strength, and strength endurance. 

FLEXABILITY 

Active stretching and dynamic mobility exercises early in the training session helps the athlete to warm-up, reduce the likelihood of injury, and improve flexibility and biomechanical movement. 

POSITION SPECIFIC DRILLS 

Ball Handling, Passing, Shooting, Defending, Screening, and transition.

MUSCLE REGENERATION 

Our program applies specific protocols to help muscle tissue bounce back after a strenuous workout through the use of pool workouts, recovery therapy treatment, foam rolling, PNF Stretching, and Impact Silica.

In the same way that coaches and staff help an NBA team succeed, Fitness Impact has a team of specialists who are experts in their field and dedicated to working together to help our athletes reach their goals. By utilizing a team approach, our coaches, physical therapists, nutritionist, massage therapists, chiropractors, and position coaches are in constant communication to ensure the plan for our athletes is helping them succeed.
