WEEKEND WARRIOR 

Our Impact Fitness (IF) training program is basically about sports and fitness. You'll have personalized instruction from our Impact Performance Coaches. Specializes in individual program design, cross-training, and outdoor fitness activities (rock climbing, scuba diving, water sports and conditioning, camping, and more) to help you expand your fitness level. In addition, you'll train within our Impact Performance Training System (IPTS), the same system we use with our professional and Olympic athletes, which will increase strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.  

THE GAME OF LIFE HAS NO OFF SEASON

Impact Fitness will challenge your fitness level and prepare you to function at optimal levels in your favorite sport or hobby. Stretch the boundaries where you perform your healthy lifestyle. All sports and activities Weekend Warrior Training win in preparation.
